Will transportation be provided for the wedding events?

Yes, transportation will be provided from several central locations to the welcome party, beach party (for those not at the W), ceremony and reception. Shuttles will also be provided as each event ends to return guests to their desired local destinations!

What should I wear? Is the wedding outdoors?

Our wedding will be cocktail attire - we are excited to see our guests all dressed up. We will be in sunny Greece in the peak of summer, so expect to feel a bit toasty! The ceremony will take place inside of the church but the remainder of our day will be outdoors.

Do you recommend renting a car?

It is totally up to you! When traveling within the Peloponnese, we typically rent a car so that we can easily explore and drive to different beaches and villages around the area. We definitely want to caution that driving around Greece can be tough with narrow roads, steep cliffs, and speedy local drivers. If you haven’t driven in these conditions before, arranging transfers and taxi services is also a great option. We recommend booking private transfers with wetransferyou.gr.

If you do chose to rent a car, plan to book it early, as automatic cars can be limited (most Greeks drive manual).
